I also am a satisfied customer at Richard's store and happy to share that. Richard saved me money by helping me to keep within my budget and buy parts for my older vacuum cleaner which, 17 years later, is still "kicking"! When I'm ready for a new one, I will buy from him, with all his fine service and knowledge. His staff is also enjoyable to work with. Even his sweet dogs are welcoming!!

Not impressed. They had my machine for over a week, and gave me a diagnosis that was weak. I do not feel they know a lot about repairs, as I picked my machine back up (after I paid for a $35 "diagnosing fee") and repaired it myself in under 20 minutes. They said it was "very difficult" to get into the guts of my machine, but gee, I did it without a problem and a phillips head screwdriver is all that was needed. My phone calls were not returned, and when I did reach someone they were lethargic in my opinion. Personally, I'd look elsewhere.
