      Founded in 1971 with just five ophthalmologists and three offices, Eye Health Services, Inc., provides a complete range of eye care services including comprehensive medical eye examinations. Services include vision testing for glasses and contacts, contact lens service, laser refractive surgery including LASIK, PRK and astigmatism, small incision cataract surgery with intraocular lens implant, glaucoma testing and treatment, treatment for retinal and diabetic diseases, macular degeneration, including ocular photodynamic therapy, pediatric and eye muscle problems, corneal diseases, Yag and Argon laser treatment, plastic and reconstructive surgery of the eye and lids and neuro-ophthalmologic examinations.
