Seth Murphy was a wonderful technician with Aptive. He did a wonderful job on an amazingly hot day. He even found two wasp nests that were starting.

Graham Schultz did a great job! His communication was outstanding, texting me right away in the morning to confirm the appointment. He easily answered all of my questions. When he arrived he checked in with me and let me know what he would be doing. Very nice employee you have here! Thank you Graham!

Our tech today was amazing. First time I had someone call ahead of time and tell me he was arriving. He also rang the doorbell and introduced himself and explained what he would be doing. Give this young man a raise = Charlie Revak

Our quarterly service was due today. I must say how impressed I am with our service technician, Ruben. He called prior to arriving, on 12/7/21, to give an estimate arrival time- which I appreciated! He was knowledgeable, prompt, courteous, thorough, professional and a genuinely nice person! So very impressed! Tamra V.

Erich Just came for a service call at our new property. He was friendly, prompt and took care of our wasp problem without a hitch! We were grateful for his service today to protect our small children in our backyard.

We found spiders in our bedroom recently and Nollie W at Aptive Environmental did a great job finding where they were coming from to spray and get rid of the outside webs. She called before and after the visit to explain all of what she did. She was very nice and knowledgeable and went that extra mile to make sure I felt comfortable!

Aptive is a great company that stands behind their promise. They send you reminder texts for when they are arriving and service they will be providing. They ask extra questions while they are there to provide you their best service. Joseph A. made sure to take care of my extra cobwebs that have been lurking in the exterior eves of my home. Fantastic job. I appreciate it as I do not make friends with spiders. Big ones. :-/

TERRIBLE COMPANY! DO NOT USE THEM! They have 3rd party sales reps they hire for the summer who are pushy, they lie to you about what is written in the contract. Then when you need help the ""customer service" is TERRIBLE!

Here is why Aptive Environmental gets a 1 out of 5:

Pros:
The service individual was very pleasant to work with and showed up ready to work.

Cons:
We still have many spiders, ants, and wasps around the house after three applications.
Solid stairs installed by development construction were broken when the service individual of large size slipped on the steps; the steps were solid for use of 200lbs and below; due to his size he was asked to be careful on the steps before working and we were embarrassed to state not to use the stairs due to his size.
The individual failed to state that he had slipped on the steps and we found them broken after he left.
Aptive's customer loyalty specialist agreed over email to pay for the cost to fix the steps and stated no matter the cost over the phone.
Estimates ranged 5k by licensed contractors to install new steps instead of replacing the existing as replacing the existing would not be as stable as it once was.
Aptive consulted with licensed contractors to disprove the professionalism of the installed landscape and find a way out after learning the price.
It was stated that those steps would be impossible to break from walking but the guy (I do not mean to be offensive) weighed over 300lbs (Force = Mass x Acceleration).
Aptive hinted at non-licensed individuals fixing the steps but we wanted a professionally licensed contractor to fix the steps.
Aptive stated after their investigation that the steps were installed improperly based off of a photo; We provided a photo after piecing our steps back together as we had just moved into the home and had no previous photos.
After the investigation, the Regional Manager emailed us and stated "we have come to the understanding that a improperly installed landscaping can be a dangerous risk to both homeowner and those employed at the property. We are grateful that the Service Professional was not injured at your property due to these steps".
Aptive has declined to fix the steps.

Instead of helping their customers Aptive sought to disprove liability and turn things around on the customer stating safety concerns on the property. Aptive's mission is "We responsibly protect your family and the environment. We believe we don’t just kill bugs; we make life easier, homes safer and businesses more productive." Aptive has made life harder for us instead and we still have many bugs on the property. Aptive has gone against its mission and core values.

Aptive Representative Jake Warner has been wonderful when he had come out to address our pest control issues quarterly. He has been out twice now, Im a fairly new customer and glad that Jake has taken care of us!! He is very friendly, professional, efficient answering all of my questions and not once was negative about it he terribly cold day when he was here!! Hope Jake comes back to our home next quarter!!

Dave D with Aptive Environmental did a great job servicing our home. I would hope on my next appointment he can come out again and do the service. Even with the rain coming down he was there working "That was very much appreciated"... Kudos!!! Guillermo A.

My Aptive service pro, Dave, performed the quarterly service on our home, and he was great! Very professional: he gave our house and yard a very thorough inspection, and then treated our house and yard for a number of pests -- including spiders and voles. Looking forward to great results from Dave and Aptive!

Jeff Mortimer with Aptive was a great salesman - very knowledgeable and helpful. A pleasure to work with.

The service pro Rhett did a great job. It was late during the day but the Rhett very patient with his work and cheerful in doing his job.

Keith was my service professional and did a great job of explaining what he was going to do and why. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. Keith also explained future treatments and what they would accomplish. Keith also paid particular areas of concern to me like the back deck and small spiders.
