Had a great experience. Mr. Lorenzo was professional and dependable. I hired him to do some repairs to my home from water damage. His men did a great job and at a good price also. He would call back and would help address any problems we had along the way very quickly. He would show up to see how the work was progressing. They finished on time also! I am planning on using him again in the near future. Very trustworthy!

I hired Lorenzo roofing for some work on my roof and to repaint my house and water heater damaged. He did a good job. He even came back to take care of some minor touch ups, after I had already paid him. He is ver trust worthy.

They redid our bathroom which has a bathtub, and they did excellent work, very professional, honest, and easy to work with. Lorenzo returns your calls immediately. He listens to your needs and makes sure that everyone understands what needs to be done and is very patient. His cost estimates are very good, and he lets you know right away of any adjustments that need to be made. Yes, his workers are fast, but they also work hard and are well seasoned with lots of experience and they make sure that it is done right. They clean up after themselves, are respectful and keep the dust to a minimum. The sewage trap and old lines under the concrete were replaced to make sure that they flowed properly. The water lines were also fixed and replaced. Wonderful to work with and I highly recommend him.

As the season goes into Summer and the heat increasing, it’s time to start up the evaporative coolers. In fact, mine needed replacing, which was going fine until the tech saw the roof downdraft; he immediately stopped and stated he’d do no more work until the rusty/dusty ducts were replaced. I quickly obtained three quotes from reliable companies, Lorenzo’s being one of them.
The prices were similar but my choice was Lorenzo’s because the man in charge, Lorenzo, arrived as arranged (all did that) and stayed MUCH longer than the others. (The others arrived, took measurements, then departed.) Lorenzo had a similar procedure, took the same measurements, then he sat down, hand wrote a proposed contract, then discussed every part with me. He answered every question I had, leaving me with little doubt that this would be our duct man.
Actually, being the jefe, he had other skilled individuals come in to do the physical labor under his supervision. We initially agreed upon a work period that included Saturday, but I hadn’t remembered a significant event on that day; Lorenzo easily accommodated this slight alteration.
The crew he had come in were extremely professional, using the correct tools, putting up a clear plastic sheet barrier during the process of demolition & replacement. I was so impressed that there was NO EXCESS of dust/debris, as I had anticipated. And anybody familiar with Sheetrock knows what a mess it can be! The crew was extremely fast/efficient throughout the project. They stored all of the waste material outside on the far part of the drive, out of the way, and removed/cleaned everything upon completion of the job.
I did not have Lorenzo precisely match the vent registers to the conclusion; I wanted to colormatch the finish, including adding caulk to the crack between the drywall and duct—anybody who has ever seen telltale tracks of black dust emanating from the ducts knows exactly what I’m saying!

This is the second time I contract Lorenzo's Contractors. I contracted Lorenzo to build me a new front porch. The new porch is sturdy and adds a new look to my house. Lorenzo and his workers are professional and courteous. They cleaned up and took all the trash. Lorenzo has worked with me on what I need done and can afford. I can see that what he wants is for me to be satisfied with the end result. I would highly recommend Lorenzo's Contractors.
