i've had 21 pets over the course of 13 years. every time i'm forced to bring a pet here (usually due to the fact that they're open 7 days a week, unlike most clinics in town, and they are the closest, which is extremely convenient for emergencies) they screw it up or make it obvious that pet care is not the top priority. i've literally had a cat die because they didn't see his broken tail on a x-ray. please, i beg you to take your animals to crossroads clinic on the westside. they care and compensation is not their top priority.

I met Allyson and her Husband Keith at the Windsor dog park a couple of years ago. She is now my Vet. She loves animals. My dog pluto gets one on one affordable care by a very competent Vet in Windsor. She is very flexible with her hours and we are lucky to have her here in Windsor. Her husband Keith who is an RN is a great assistant also. there services get s a 5 start rating from me and would highly recommend her to anyone who loves their pets and wants top notch care

From our past experience with vet clinics, we expected to find a staff that didn't care and a doctor that "checked the boxes" while showing no compassion toward your loved one...your pet. My wife and I both were PLEASANTLY surprised to find a caring staff and a great doctor in Dr. Brian Giles. Dr. Giles didn't coerce us into unnecessary treatments just to push the price up. However, he provided excellent quality of care for our precious girl. He and his staff really care. I will definitely bring my dog back to this clinic and highly recommend this clinic to all.

I took my very sick puppy to the vet and sadly had to put her down, we askedntonkeep her ashes and whe I called to see if she was ready they told me they tossed her ashes. They never said sorry or even offered to make it right.

This place is great! Dr. McCabe, associates, and staff are attentive, caring, kind, and truly there for you and your pets. I have never been so pleased with the service and honesty that they have delivered. I have every confidence that they will treat your pets with the utmost care as they do mine. Dr. Newton is amazing!
