I have only time time, in my entire life sent food back at a restaurant, and that was for undercooked fish....wait, make that 2 times now. Food was bland and cooked incorrectly (chicken Marsala had no hint of Marsala wine, rather has a red tomato based sauce). The server was gruff and surly. It was my birthday dinner and I didn't eat more than 3 bites. Would have had more flavor from a Stouffer's microwave dinner!

Twelve co-workers were told about this place to celebrate a birthday. As soon as we entered the place on May 26, 2009 during Lunch we were all NOT Greeted by the waitress from hell.

We have all been to fine Italian restuarants and up to now they always greet their customers with a warm smile and salutations. Not for this lady witch. In fact she displayed a face of anger that there were twelve of us and that she would have to work today. She probably took into account her automatic tip that she would get regardless of the service she provided.



Before service started one of our co-workers informed the waitress from hell that he only had a credit card and would like his order separate from the others. The waitress stated ok but only him.

A co-worker asked if they still had the Panini lunch special that another co-worker had mentioned. The waitress from hell quickly snapped a response, "Not on Tuesday's 2 for 1 special day!"



The food was basic as if spices and ingredients were used as little as possible, just enough to give it flavor. Olive Garden had tastier food if you can relate.



Well when it came down to paying my co-worker that requested a separate bill got it, oh did he ever. The bill came with a charge for two orders not just the one he had. This waitress from heel had the nerve to charge our co-worker double since ti was 2 for Tuesday but did not mention this to him before or after he ordered and did not even bring a second take home meal to cover the charge. No he did not pay but we had the waitress add his to our bill so he would not be charged the extra meal.



Throughout the service the waitress relayed a sense of power; that we were there to serve her and not the other way around. Personal view this waitress just cost this restuarant an office of thirty-two folks that have been informed of the terrible service and the feeling of not being welcomed.
