Horrible! They recommend whatever products they are trying to push at the moment. The staff is trained by watching YouTube videos, and basically don't no squat about animal care. The grooming department is even worse! They cut my poor dogs quick down so much, that he bled out on every walk for 3 months! Mind you, this was after I had informed them to leave that nail alone due to a prior groomer cutting it too short. The management is shoddy, and unprofessional, and won't do anything for you unless you go over their heads. The worst management I have ever, ever seen! Oh yeah, their management team is Valerie, and Dennis, two thumbs down, way down.

Horrible customer service. I called to ask to see if they had a product and the person just answered "no" and hung up!

I blame this on a management team there is a coworker in the back she is overwhelmed and comes out screaming and being a professional to customers.she told my son to move didn't say excuse me or please.I feel sorry for the dogs that are being groomed and clean by her she is I'm professional mean.she came from the back but you can't see anything and she seemed like she was very upset about something she starts snatching papers and telling my son move out the way move your dog out the way and my son was on his way to take the dog out take the dog to go outside to pee.I called and made a complaint to the management team the district manager in their management team said oh she's just overwhelmed we have so many dogs in her back.
