Provided by YP.comi was inform that a family member,room is filthy , items are not being handle properly, room is never clean,family has observe the room , garbage can not empty, for days floors filthy , clutter on floor been there for days , we depend and trust on you for their well being and awesome care, we understand that some day you may be short staff, but if i walk into a room and see a constant strings of thighs that as a former c.n.a , not being taken care of , something is wrong. these people rely on you as staff members and workers to keep them safe and comfortable , after all you are have a 4 star rating , as being second best in elkhart , please keep up this rating
