They did not investigate my case thoroughly (if at all) as I was told they would. I had called several times to try to reiterate the importance of the investigation, making several specific points I wanted them to check up on; they did none of this. Furthermore, I was treated unprofessionally by the secretary and hung up on. My later calls were then forwarded to the answering machine.
