They bailed on our contract after breaking and damaging so much of our property that it wasn't in their profit interest to continue and finish. It was often months and weeks before they would return our calls. What was supposed to take 12 weeks maximum ended up almost a year later in an unfinished job. Some employees didn't read English so they painted the rooms the wrong colors and used all the expensive paint we purchased. They replaced the expensive paint with contractor grade paint. The painters were sloppy. They broke our countertop and then quit the contract. Among other messes they created include a broken sink replaced with a very cheap model, electric sockets that don't work, broken screens, holes in the exterior and interior walls, paint spray on every window and door in the downstairs of our home, poor craftsmanship on all wood trim and more. These are MAJOR issues, but they claimed we were being too picky. Avoid business with Bitco and Rosie Salazar!
