I have been on hold for over 1/2 hr already and I am using 2 phones.I bought my daughter a Leapster explorer and gave it to her for her b-day 12.3.10, it keeps freezing up will not respond to pwr off or on froze on opening screen.I constantly have to pull out the batteries to reset, whats up with your call center

This company has perhaps the worst tech/on line support service I've ever experienced. They continuously fail to understand the initial issue and have even less ability to deal with it. For an educational company who claims to have learning as a top priority, well, you could say we learned something alright. So far we have been dealing with tech support for almost a month now to figure a simple software install that they claim was a cinch. Save your money, at least if you burn it, you'll get the benefit of heat and fire, spend it with these guys and it's lost forever.

The worst online shopping experience I've had

I have to echo others that tried to purchase online from LeapFrog. Purchase was charged but not delivered. Online customer service was horrendous - clueless and unresponsive, Finally called the Cal headquarters - not toll-free - and they really didn't seem to care a bit.

The worst online experience ever!!!!!!!

Your customer service ranks a -10. My order Number 111598 was not delivered. Numerous phone calls and an email got me no response. The online store guaranteed Christmas delivery. The order was never updated and customer service would give me no information. Promise to call back was not kept. Email not answered. There is absolutely no reasonable excuse for such behavior. The world needs to know that you care nothing about your customers.
