We are new to the area and wanted to find a place that really cared about the way we felt about our pets. The lady that cut our German shepherds nails did a great job. She didn't rush and was very carful not to go to far when cutting them as our dogs nails are black (which are hard to cut without going to deep) . She was very friendly and pleasant. I had called a couple of places before calling her and the others seemed put out because I wanted to meet them first before we took our dog in. She had no problems with me coming by. Looking forward to seeing her next month .

I take my shitzhu here every cpl month to get "shaved" nothing fancy, just cut the hair off everywhere and include cutting hair off from the snout. I always get in within a couple days of calling. And its very affordably priced. I would recommend if you want something simple-It's not a dog "spa".

I am NOT happy at all with this 'grooming'! They acted like I was inconveniencing them from my first phone call, they were very rude to me and cold to my dog when I got to their facility. They never asked for the dog's name, and when I tried to tell them what I wanted, they became defensive and said that's the way they groom the dogs - like they don't need MY advice! I picked the dog up and discovered that they didn't clean or pluck the ears, didn't trim the rear end, didn't cut the hair except around the face - three hours for a bath and nail clipping! Drenched her in perfume - even the dog hated it! Didn't trim the belly or between the legs or even the hair over the pads of her paws! What they did trim was uneven. I'll never go back. This is NOT the way to treat a client if you want repeat business!
