      Attorney Birk Baumgarter of Baumgartner Law graduated Cum Laude from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law, and has been a litigator ever since. He is the fourth attorney in his family, but unlike other family members, he declined a job at a big law firm. Instead, he decided to dedicate his practice to a limited number of cases, with focused and individualized care and the freedom to take only those cases that he believes are just. Birk believes that access to great legal counsel should not be limited to those that can provide large up-front retainers. He will always listen to anyone's legal questions and provide the best advice possible; and will work to find a financial arrangement that works for you.Baumgartner Law specializes in personal injury law, including car accidents and dog bites, and having worked as an attorney for insurance companies previously, Birk Baumgartner knows how they operate. A true trial attorney, Birk prepares for every case as though it is going to trial. Baumgartner Law also has a proven track record in criminal defense cases, protection orders (both seeking them and fighting them) and crimes that are classified as domestic violence. Aside from these specialties, Baumgartner Law has experience in many other areas of law as well.
