Thank God for this Place I was strandred and my other company intoxalock just tell me to get my car towed in the guy here came out and did a service call and got my car started right up Thanks so much Mile High...

Failed to show up for my install appointment. Product has lots of problems. You my have to go get reset often. They give you old units and don't care how many problems you have cause your under contract. Go else where!

The Guy there who does the Install of the interlock in the cars is amazing I have a 2014 BMW push start I just bought new I went to 3 other interlock places and they said sorry there is nothing we can do a interlock is impossible to put on your new car but not him he just proved to me all the other people did not know what they where doing if you have a nice new car this is the place you want to take your car too.

OMG these people there where so nice and helpful and didn't even Charge me money when they had to go out of there way just to help me I would recommend anyone with an interlock go the this place

Horrible! Horrible! Horrible Customer service, faulty equipment, do yourself a favor and do not go here.

I don't know why there are such bad reviews out there for Mile High Interlock, I have had nothing but good service here. They have stayed open late for me to download and have even brought a replacement unit out to me at my house when I had a faulty one. They go above and beyond for their customers.

While the people that work here are nice, they are also horribly unprofessional. They frequently will not be here at the time of my scheduled appointments. You can't reach them via telephone and there's no sign on their door giving any idea as to when they'll be back. Ugh.

I had an appointment for a week only to arrange a ride to get my vehicle there and have nobody working. After calling a random number for them from the internet I got a good number and found that they had no equipment to do my installation. I was told to go somewhere else, so I did. The To the Point tech came back to work on a Friday night to help me out. That's the difference between good and bad companies.
