My daughter got married and we used them for 3 limos. When I spoke with Walter Young I told him we would be putting this on a credit card and he said it would be fine. Well the day of the wedding after the chruch the driver asked us for the balance in cash and I told him we spoke with Walter and he said we could put it on the credit card. He did this in front of the church with all the guests around. We thought it was straighten out after he talked to Walter but he then sent someone in to the reception to get us again, telling us (in front of guests again) that our credit card was no good, then he said "Oh, its good we just don't have the number and we need to see the card" This was all done on the phone with Walter before the wedding. After holding us up at the church he had the nerve to charge over time and at the end of the night I contracted for a 14 passenger van to take us back to the hotel, he sent a limo that could not hold 14 people. I would NEVER use them. Unprofessional!!!
