The owner of this company is probably the most self centered of people out there. I was injured on the job here with very serious injuries and had to be taken back out of work recently for more surgery to fix the problem.after the owner received me notice from the dr he made up a story as to how I threatened an employee...which never happened. I worked there for nearly 12 years and was treated like this so if you think you will be treated fairly I would reconsider and spend your hard earned money elsewhere

If I could give them no stars I would. We got over 3000 dollars worth of work done and when it went bad in a little over a year we went to go use the warranty and what did they do not even keep the warranty and not replace the parts. I will never go to them again not even if it is the last place in Erie.

Was a cutomer for 32 years. I am NOT anymore due to their unprofessionalism, poor customer sevice and extremely high prices. Can simply get better tires anyplace else for much less. Dunn tire right down the street blows them away. I should have listened to many others that warned me over the years but I found out myself.

Would never go to these guys again. Two years in a row I went for inspection. The 1st year after sitting for 3 hours a guy comes out and showes me a brake pad and tells me I need new brakes. I found out later the pad they showed wasn't mine. Mine was much smaller. Last year with a different car they did the some thing, only this time I just had new brakes put on 1 day before I went. They came out with a pad that was all bent to hell told me it needed replaced. There's no way it could be bent like that without help. I was still a little mad about last year so when they guy said we can fix it to get it on but won't pass inspection. Told them to put it on as I had lifetime warrenty on the pads. Similar things happened while I was sitting there and every customer that walked out without an inspection was female without anyone waiting with them. Watch out girls if you go take a guy with you or they WILL take advantage

I would like to recant some of my previous review. In Johnson & Flick's defense my initial experience was a quick and pleasant experience. I wrote my last review while being angry. I will say that the rims are older and have started to oxidize. Therefore, it is not fair to solely blame them rather than the process for installing the tires/age of rims for cracking the clear coat around the outside edge of the rim. I'm not sure if other places can avoid this on older, slightly oxidized rims or not. Also, the actual use of the word A hole was not heard, but complaining in a derogatory manor about my late appointment was heard in the waiting room. Overall, I have had a less than pleasant experience, but it is not fair for me to assume everyone will have the same. I will give them some credit as they agreed to fix the issues with my tires but, only after literally arguing with a manager & 3 apts. I will not take my vehicle here again, my time & money will be better spent some place else.

Have had good luck here for a couple of years with multiple cars. They advertise free inspections however recently they changed their policy to Free first inspection, then you must pay for the re-inspect if failed. I had our minivan in and it was rejected for a hole in the rocker panel so I said Ill fix it myself and bring it back. A couple days later I took it back (not aware of the policy change). This time it failed againthey told me the rear brake cylinders looked to be failing?! They told me if I let them do the work they would waive the inspection fee. Although feeling slightly blackmailed, I let them do the work. $200.00 for 2 $9.00 brake cylinders installed. Lesson learnedIll go there for 1st inspect but not the re-inspect. Feel gouged!

I do not recommend this store. I scheduled an apt. for 8 AM for inspection and when Icall 2 hours later hasnt even been looked at. Then got hung up on! Called back and employee told me it would be ready sometime today, when earlier I was informed it would be done sometime today even though before I got hung up on he said it would be done by noon! Not happy at all! why schedule an appointment if I doesnt matter?
