Dan Wilkinson does not return phones calls, send papers as I requested, nor uses email.... but now I see, he has a website. Dan also said that a flat rate would suffice to finish my divorce, after I already paid him 6500 dollars in a family matter he lost. Now my divorce STILL isn't finished, and now he wants to terminate our partnership.

I would NEVER recommend his services to anyone. You would be FAR better off to represent yourself or go pro per.

Don't waste your time or energy. Horrible experience. I had an appointment with this attorney last week. I called to verify directions only to find out that his "car broke down" on the side of the road. Would have been nice to get a phone call to reschedule the appointment. When I did go to his office it was filthy! Open food wrappers on his desk. This guy has limited people skills. He was very rude and demonstrated zero listening skills. I attempted to ask several questions but was briskly cut off. If you are looking for any legal advice or representation this is not the person to see. What a joke!!
