No appointment necessary. Never had to wait. Needle never hurt. Always clean and people are very friendly. I give them 5 stars.

I absolutely despise needles and long lines to get blood work, and long waits to be stuck more than once in the arm bye some under trained rude employee that most labs have actually went out of their way to hire to care for patients at a vulnerable time. I have looked high and low for a laboratory that was even cleaned properly. I found Vista clinical through my physicians referral and was stunned at the cleanliness, the wonderful knowledgeable staff members who greeted and took care of me as if I was one of their own. I can't imagine why laboratories or patients needing blood work would settle for anything less I adore Vista and will always take advantage of their magnificent service.

Vista Clinical is one of the only Labs i have ever quite got that feeling, or sense of wow this is a clean well decorated well put together facility. Most are like scary dentist offices. I was so pleased with the greeting, the polite conversation, the in and out painless procedure in felt nothing like a visit to a lab but more like visiting and old friend to me nothing can beat it if need blood work I'm going to Vista.

Vista clinical is the lab you want to use when u care about yourself the quality of care u receive and the knowledge of the staff who is there with u. Vista clinical has changed my view of blood collection facilities as far as i knew they were all the same until the smiling, comfortable , friendly staff at vista took me into their beautiful lobby and treated me wonderfully. This was an atmosphere I had yet to find at other facilities they had my results to my doctor the same day there lab is in clermont my sample didnt have to travewl2500 miles to god knows where in whatever conditions they may put my blood sample through. My results were the most accurate the quickest resulted and best collected I had ever experienced Vista clinical has got it together. Go visit them and get treated like family not an atm or a number.

This laboratory really has it together from the lobby to the staff they are all perfectly set up for the best possible experience for the patient. I don't know of any other lab that does that so for me Vista is the only option.

Thank you Vista Clinical I have always had such a horrible experience giving blood always extremely tough to stick your facility and staff have made that a thing of the past. When i do have to have blood work the staff even remembers my name and exactly where the best spot is for me to give blood its comfortable and relaxing in both locations i have visited.
