I was went to labella nail all the time. Never have any proplem. All way get great service . Some time if I don't have app , I don't mind to wait , it fill good at The message chair .Should not rush when you come to the salon and mess up with your relaxation . All the staff's do the best and friendly with you at all the time

Tried the new Shellac polish and the woman basically used a dremel tool to score my nails up, which completely destroyed my nails. They hurt and were tissue-paper thin afterward. I asked around and no other place removes/paints on the polish using this method and I can see why. The young woman also kept taking personal phone calls, which I thought was rude and very distracting for her, since she had to balance the phone between her ear and shoulder and remember to keep working on my nails. Will not go back.
