Called Merrifield OBGYN today to schedule an appointment and encountered the worst customer service ever. The people working there are rude to the the point of being obnoxious. Seriously if the the hired help there is this bad I can only imagine how the doctors treat there patients. I left the call feeling very belittled. Arent people in this profession supposed to help people. Very very dissappointed and angry that I was treated in such a manner. I wish there was a way to express my frustration to the employers there. I'm guessing the doctors there will never get the message I left to call me back.
