General Info

Over 30 years experience as a former Deputy District Attorney and Criminal Defense Lawyer in Solano County, with experience in the Bay Area, Southern California, Tahoe, Redding and areas in between, in Federal and State Courts, either prosecuting or defending felony, misdemeanor and juvenile cases. As an Army JAG (now retired) I have prosecuted and defended UCMJ cases for the Army, and as a private attorney defended Air Force and Navy separation actions and General Court Martials. As a legal consultant to agencies working for the Federal government lived and worked in Kabul and Kandahar Afghanistan, Kosovo, and advised on Djibouti laws, and as a JAG worked with the UN and Iraqi government while deployed to Iraq.
