Magic Nails? Oh my gosh. Who would name a place that when the product is so poor and the customer service even worse. Tina couldn't communicate with me nor understand me and Enlish is not her first language so I ended up with acrylic instead of gel. Now worse than that, the first nail popped off on Friday that same week (get it- 2 days later). The rest of them fell off throughout Saturday. Its Monday and I went in for a refund. The shop supervisor (who would not give me her name) refused to refund and argued with me because they didn't witness the nails popping off and I didn't call the minute it happened. She then implied I didn't pay 40$ but should be 20$ -- so I was overcharged on top of it!Don't go here.

I recently moved to Fairfield and told these people up front I will be a faithful long term client if the product is good. Magic Nails? Oh my gosh. I went in last Wednesday asking for pink and white gel nails, and what I got was regular acrylic nails. Any time I tried to communicate or object with the nail person (Tina) - she couldn't communicate with me nor understand me and Enlish is not her first language. this place is the best, i recommend this place to everyone. all the staff are very nice and they have a great service, they welcome everybody
