My toyota sienna was having problems with the side door, and noises in the front right side. I brought it in, and they fixed my side door very inexpensively, and although they could've told me that it was necessary to replace my struts, they let me know that they COULD afford to be replaced, I could also be just fine leaving it the way it was as long as I didn't mind the rattling it was making. Then they also gave me a listing on Ebay for the struts themselves (which happen to be cheaper than the ones they normally order when needed on the spot,) so that if I wanted to spend the money to have them replaced later, at least I could get a great discount on the parts! They also picked me and three children up and dropped us off! A good friend recommended Bmc Auto, and I am very glad I took my van there! As a woman, it can be very hard to trust picking a random mechanic because of the unfortunate rep they have, but I would def recommend them to anyone who asked for a good place to take your vehicle!
