Established in 1956, North Elementary School has an enrollment of more than 200 students in pre-kindergarten through grade two. The school is accredited by the North Central Association Commission on Accreditation and School Improvement. Its core curriculum includes reading, math, science and social studies. North Elementary School also offers classes in physical education, music and art. The school employs a media specialist, guidance counselor, subject teachers, and speech and language therapists. Located in Falls City, Neb., it is governed by Falls City Public Schools, which also operates South Elementary School, Falls City Middle School and Falls City High School. The district s schools provide membership options for the Future Farmers of America (FFA), National Honor Society (NHS), Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) and Family, Career and Community Leaders of America (FCCLA).
