We recently bought a 2017 Kia Sorento at Jones Kia. Our salesperson, Jerry Huntley, was fantastic. He was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, helpful and not at all pushy. He answered all our questions, and taught us how to use all options on our new car. Mr. Huntley made our experience at Jones a very positive one.

NEVER go to this dealership. The prices are insanely higher. And they do not honor the price quoted in kia.com. Their prices are not even close to what the cars are worth.

Having your car serviced at Jones Junction Kia would be the biggest mistake of your life -- other than buying a car there. They brag about customer service, how they feed you (hot dogs & popcorn) and how they shuttle you back and forth if needed and provide a loaner car and give you the best treatment -- my last service (3rd bad ignition) is living proof that they do not live up to excellent service. They allow Service Technicians to talk disrespectfully and blame you for repairs that are not your fault (really, 3 ignitions in 3 years) and no one ever calls or writes you back when you have questions/complain (Owners & Service/Sales Managers). Stay away, stay far away from Jones!
