TLC has been helping me with the task every man wants to avoid for several years now! I have had a great experience in all 3 places I've lived where they have cleaned. They are always professional and flexible to meet my needs. I recently moved from an apartment and the ease and peace of mind to have TLC take care of ensuring it met the renter's inspection was well worth the cost and then some. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for their services and know they would have a first rate experience in their hands.

staff is friendly and I have had the same cleaners the whole time. Everyone in a while if someone's sick I'll have a different cleaner. However they all seem fully trained and understand my needs. Always arrive on time. My home smells amazing every Thursday !!! I could not say anything bad about them and have referred them to my friends and family many times. Thank you for your constant work and making my home look so great.

They start off great but in the end there is a lack of consistency because of the many different crew members coming in and out of your home! Hard to get an apology from owner or even a response and when you do get a call back attitude is rude. I wish I hadn't signed a contract!! They would have been gone long ago, not worth it! Very displeased and unsatisfied! Don't use!

Tryed this cleaning company for the first time and lets just say they don't set the bar very high, I could have done the same job myself and saved myself the expense because this was a complete joke! I just thought its kinda funny that all of this company's reviews are anonymous or completely out dated! If any of them are real clients or customers anyone can post a review about there selves. The job I received was no where close to five stars! Thumbs down more likely rude, unprofessional and unorganized!

TLC Cleaning just cleaned this week so I thought I would submit some info. We have been with them for about 6 months or so and have had a wonderful experience. We always have the same cleaner. She doesn't mind helping with the extra things, dishes, laundry ect. My house isn't perfect and I have kids toys around. I never feel judged. She just comes and helps with anything I need. Always on time and never once canceled my appointment ( like the last company I used) I cant imagine not having you helping our family. We appreciate it a lot and it allows us to spend more time together enjoying our home. Jennifer G

My Husband and I used TLC Cleaning for our apartment move out. We liked the fact that they offer package deals for move outs- So they Cleaned our whole apartment plus steam cleaned the carpets. It was nice not having to call 2 company's. We will definitely be using them sometime in the near future on our new house. Was easy to book an appointment. Friendly staff. Professional. Very pleasant to work with. They did a full cleaning top to bottom on my house. (Very large) I had walls washed, trim, baseboards, lightfixtures, inside all my appliances. The whole house ! It was amazing ! The girls were so friendly to work with and Trisha the owner came over to check on the girls progress. She was easy to work with and understood all my needs. We came to tlc about 9 months ago. Our lives are busy and sometimes we just need an extra hand. We choose to go their hourly rate which allows us the flexibility to change what we want cleaned in our home. Sometimes we ask them to clean the inside of the appliances and other times deep clean our blinds or wood work. We have been very happy with how professional the staff is. We have met with Trisha the Owner and she is very professional. And our cleaners are ever so detailed and pleasant. I trust them in our home %100 . I dont see us going anywhere. Linda Jacobson

My first clean with TLC was great so I signed a 12 month contract with them, that was 4 months ago. I have already opted out of my contract!! TLC just had a high turn around or they just stopped being professional. All my complaints were blown off and the things I requested were not getting done. I was even charged the full rate when the cleaners that were sent to clean my home were not even there the full time. I contacted Trish the owner 5 times about these issues and even though the owner Trish assured me things would change they did not. TLC was great 4 months ago but not anymore, My sincere advice is to NOT HIRE TLC

We absolutely love them. Always have the same cleaners. They dont give you a time of day due to some homes being cleaner or more messy. They take their time. And i couldnt be more grateful for the help.

Had them for about a year now for every week scheduled and not anymore. Had several issues, never know what time they are showing up, what new people are arriving and always training someone new, bad cleaning habits like dusting around objects, however I believe in giving chances that is why they were not gone before now. I would not recommend!

Had our first cleaning and it was awesome.. they were hard to get booked with first because of how busy they were. but it was well worth the wait and now i can see why they are doing so good. I've had them for bout a year now. They are always timey and never "forget to come " like other cleaners we've had. Id high recommend them .. I appreciate all the help. They do much more than expected.
