In a very detailed fashion, he took me through all the the entire evaluation identifying the good things and the potential challenges I can expect.. I'd recommend him to anyone.

Our technician, Brian M., has made two calls to our home. His professional manner shows through as he carefully explains his diagnosis. After analyzing the situation he methodically goes about correcting the problem. His professionalism falls right in line with other T/G technicians who have worked at our home.

As usual, great service from Thornton & Grooms. Came when they said they would, thorough diagnosis of the problem and then a very professional solution to the problem. The service person was courteous, neat in his work and very professional. Whenever I have a problem of issue which then can 'fix', I call them. Never been disappointed.

On the coldest night of the year our furnace went out. We called Thorton & Grooms as a new customer at 11:30 on a Sunday night. We were told that they did not always make emergency calls for new customers, that it was up to the technician. Yusef called us back and said he was at another job, but would come over as soon as he was done. Got to our house at 1:30 am. Figured out the problem, but didn't have the correct part on the truck. At 8 am he went and picked up the part and returned to our house. I asked him if he ever sleeps - he told me that he promised me he would have the part to us as soon as possible. I felt like we were treated more like family then a customer. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend Thornton & Grooms and especially Yusef.,

I had an appointment for 4pm to 8pm. Never received a called to say the repairman would be late until 8:20pm, after several calls to the office, ( which was closed at this time ) to say that he could arrive between 9:00 - 9:30 pm. No way to do business!

Yusef did a great job. Not easy to explain costly repairs, but appreciated his honesty. We have an older home so we know it comes with some problems. We would rather head them off early than wait until a disaster like a water meter not shutting down the a/c unit causing water damage to our kitchen. Thanks for catching that.
