if you like someone giving you the old run around on why it's taken three times longer than estimated then this place is great. i'm surprised the owner hasn't had his teeth stomped in the ground yet.

this may be the greatest computer shop in the world. for about 4 years i've been going to this shop for computer repairs and every time i get great customer service for the cheapest price in town. they always have me ready in a couple of days. i would recommend them to everyone i ever meet. i have also been to a few other shops in fayetteville and all the other ones are honestly crooks.

At first the service was outstanding. But my hard drive they installed failed on me within 2 months which, since I work for an IT company, I know that this may sometimes happen. So they told me to just send in the hard drive and they would replace it under the 1 year warranty.... Well that was LAST YEAR in SEPTEMBER when I sent them the bad HDD. I STILL have NOT received it and we are now going into March of 2013. Their service is AWFUL and unless ur having something done that's extremely quick and easy(which usually u can do urself anyway) i would not recommend this place to ANYONE.

I have been using Gus for years now. He works great with my networking guy in NY. Gus has always looked out for what is best for my business and keeps cost as low as possible ALWAYS whether a big job or a little job. Can't see me going anywhere else for help.

They always make sure to keep you informed on what is going on and they always try to keep your costs manageable. A great business with great guys running it!
