From my initial meeting with Sara, to confirming things with Cindy before installation, and to the very end of the project when their amazing installer Josh came out to put that beautiful granite in my home, I have been impressed and so happy with everything! I could not have chosen a more reliable, charming, professional company! They encompass everything a small business should be. They are on the ball with everything and yet still show you so much attention and care as a customer. I cant thank everyone at Marble Concepts enough for the granite in my kitchen! we recently remodeled a kitchen and a hall bath. We checked everywhere in the area and beyond. The best prices and service was found at Marble concepts in Feasterville, PA. John, the owner of the business, took time to show us around and explain how and where they cut the granite and marble. The template and installation could not have been more professional. We had our large kitchen granite installed within 10 days from the template and the bathroom marble in less than a week! We found a chi in the granite and the service department came out very quickly to repair it. After the repair, I cannot tell where the chip was.. Marble Concept's sales staff is second to none. We dealt with Cindy, the sales manager, and Sara who is one of the sales associates. Sara patiently and pleasantly answered any questions we had. If I could give Marble Concepts 10 stars, I would!
