This is the first daycare I put my infant son in, he's been here since he was about 3 months and he is now almost 10 months. We love our teachers in the infant room. Miss Jen is so amazingly sweet, sincere and has a great, easy since of humor. Miss Christy has really attached to my son as he has attached to her. They are the mothers my son has when I and Dad are away at work. There are a few more teachers in that room that rotate time to time and I appreciate them just as I do all the others. I worked in daycare myself for a few years and was a nanny. I am pleased to say this daycare has not failed me, my family, my son. And the comment about the kids being in the room that shouldn't be in is because when it's the end of the day and lessons are over, they relieve their teachers as they should. This usually doesn't happen until after 3pm, it's not an issue. Almost every daycare does this.

Very wonderful daycare! People care about your children and about each other! Rev Manning graduated back in 1964 from Oregon Bible college and has held a Ministerial license every since that time! The SRM & Stepping Stone Academy are awesome!

Our daugter has been going to Stepping Stone Academy since she was 6 weeks old. She is now 8 months. Whenver we drop her off in the morning the teachers always make such a fuss over her, it truly makes us feel like they love & care about her! There are always fundraisers going on to update supplies & the facility. There is a newsletter sent out each month to keep parents advised of what is going on, communication "boxes" for each child & teacher & a secure system of accessing the building as well as a computer system for signing your child in & out. This is one of the lowest priced facilities around with teachers that really seem to care & continuous updates to the facility. We love it!

Stepping Stone is not at all what I expected!!! The ratio for a 1yr, and 2yr olds is 10:1!! Everytime I went to pick my 2 yr old up there were always other children, one year olds, that did not belong in his class there. The director there does not take criticism well and believes that there is no room for improvement. The turn over there is tremendous, we had four teachers in our class in less than a year. They are always hitting us up for money, fundraisers, book fairs, school supply list and then raised the tuition. No communication skills what so ever!!
