I recently leased a new car at Andy Mohr and I honestly could not have had a better experience. I worked with Darryl on the sales floor and Pete in financing and they were extremely helpful, professional, and fun too! This was my 1st time leasing and I got exactly what I wanted, on terms I can afford, and with the confidence that if I have any questions, I will know to whom I can turn. Basic OIl Change and Tire Balancing, nothing too special. However, they didn't give my car a run through their car wash before it was returned. This is the first time they have failed to do that...

I was so happy with buying one new truck a week ago that I went back to buy another one Cole Kessling my salesman found the twin to my truck and bout it to the dealership for me.I now have what I wanted two crewcab 4x4 dulley duramax diesels we call them the twin's Brent in finance got me the interest rate I asked for , what a teem . The dealership is GREAT! The people are always nice and helpful. The service department is fast and friendly and they never pressure you to get services that are not really needed like other places do. I recommend Chris Lucas to anyone who is interested in buying a car because he is laid back and very knowledgeable about the cars and payment options.

Cole worked with me for (3) days He never pushed me to something I was not sure of .I went from looking at a used truck to a new truck. Only dealership I would ever go to.

The lube team at Andy Mohr did an excellent job changing the oil in my vehicle and checking the other areas of the vehicle that I requested that they reviewed. They provided excellent feedback about what repairs/updates the vehicle needed as well.

Service department is always honest and helpful. They were cooperative in getting transportation for me since I needed to get to work and were willing to work out a plan for me to drop the rental and pick up my own after hours when my own car was ready.

Good service and inventory. Although I wish I got more on my trade it still proved to be enough. The purchase price on my new vehicle was also reasonable. This was the closet to a no haggle process as it could be.

I bought my 2008 Lucerne CXS at Andy Mohr. I have taken it in for service there exclusively--including having new Bridgestone tires installed. The service managers are excellent--but I chose to work--if possible--with Bob Flynn. Potential costs are explained--as are the final actual costs:: in detail. I recommend Andy Mohr Buick-GMC in Fishers as a place to buy a car and have any necessary-or recommended work --done .
