Provided by YP.comOld Saltys Restaurant - Although the food, itself, is safely prepared and the restaurant, itself, is kept clean/safe (I have heard a story were the owner(s) are so paranoid that it does go public about why and how it cleans dining room table(s) and sanitizes the dishes and eating utensils after patrons have eaten) - its food and service is not worth the 56 mile roundtrip (from Rt 50 Cambridge MD) drive. The drive itself is on sharp-curvy and most of time shoulder less roads through mosquito laden, wooded, and marshy areas. The food is fair to good on a - I would not recommend - to an Exceptional scale. I have had food better prepared at Portside Seafood Restaurant (Cambridge MD), most Red Lobster, Snappers (Cambridge MD), Logans, Odysseys (Cambridge MD), Chart House (Annapolis MD), Outback Steak Houses, and, for the most part - at less cost. Check out the restaurants at Annapolis MDs harbor area, Kent Island MD, St Michaels MD, Cambridge MD (Snappers Seafood Restaurant, Odysseys, and Portside Seafood Restaurant), Salisbury MD, and Ocean City MD. Those locations are more adaptive for tourism, sightseeing, shopping, golf, and recreation. These locations have virtually no mosquitoes, better roads (at least with shoulders), and better views of the Chesapeake Bay, Choptank River, and/or Atlantic Ocean.
