There recent survey of our property contradicted other surveys done and the deed. When confronted they refused to look into the matter and just turned a blind eye as if they could never possibly be wrong. Very bad company and pisspoor customer service. We pay them money, the least they could do is double check their work, isn't that what we learn in grade school?

They conducted a survey on our property which was inconsistent with all other surveys we had done and they refused to double check their work and come back to fix it and admit being wrong. I'm okay with people making mistakes, but they lost all credibility when they ignored our concerns regarding the inconsistency in their own survey.
