They did a shitty job on our two dogs getting there nails done. Some were longer than others and some not even cut at all didn't check while there old lady very unprofessional. And i guess her daughter owns it. Will never go there again. Don't know what there doing.

Absolutely do NOT go here! I've dropped my dog off here a few times for nail trimmings and he always seems so anxious to come home when I pick him up. Unfortunately, on the last trip I found out why. I took him in for a quick nail clipping, and instead of taking him downstairs and doing it they did it in the hallway right in front of me. The two ladies that were doing it then held my dog's body and pulled his legs out so they could clip his nails. This is pretty standard for nail clipping, especially with a dog like mine that doesn't like to get his nails cut. Then the issue happened. My dog kept fidgeting, so they held him down more and pulled his legs harder and harder, literally to the point of him constantly whimpering in pain. I know the difference between my dog whining because he's scared and whimpering from pain, and he was definitely in pain at that point due to them being so rough with him. I immediately told them to stop, that we were done, and left out there completely outraged. They will not hurt my dog again, and I urge anyone that's considering this place to reconsider, and realize that they don't care about your dogs, they only exist to make a quick buck. Please choose somewhere that actually treats dogs in a humane manner.

They are super friendly there and not just to the four legged guests. My puppy, Buttercup loves it there and comes home looking and smelling fabulous. The price is great and the care given to your precious family member is the best. Thank you for all you do!
