The International School of Permanent Makeup (ISPMU) in New York, founded by Mihyon D. Cha, is an advanced Micropigmentation school that offers the most current techniques in permanent makeup, microblading, and paramedical tattooing . Mihyon D. Cha is a trainer member of both the Society of Permanent Cosmetic Professionals (SPCP) and the American Academy of Micropigmentation (AAM). Mihyon is one of the few people in the world with an Instructor's License from the department of education for Esthetics, Permanent Makeup, Microblading, Laser, Body Tattoo Artistry, Infection Control, and Makeup Application.
