Are you sick and tired of being sick and tired? What pattern is holding you back from living your best life? I am invested in your highest healing. I help empower you to reclaim a rich and fulfilling life and I reconcile abusive, repetitive cycles and develop self-love, express creative capacity, and authentic spiritual direction. In addition to traditional talk therapy, I have been trained in several cutting-edge treatment modalities designed to access the mind-body connection to reduce symptoms quickly. I practice a new short-term therapy technique that breaks behavioral addictions and eliminates the urges and cravings of substance addiction. I work on Sundays from 2-5 to accommodate my client's busy lives
