They are extremely rude,worst customer service I have ever experienced. I will never use this company again.

I called to get some information about my car and the lady I spoke on the phone with was rude and no help at all. Ovreally terrible service, and complete waste of my time.

Called Fort Collins Towing after several other companies refused to tow a vehicle from our private lot. Called the number around 9, and they had a truck here at 10. Driver was courteous and explained the process of towing a vehicle off of private property. This company will get all of our towing business!!! I have used this company once in the past for a personal vehicle and the rates were fair and service was prompt as well.

My car was towed last weekend by Fort Collins towing. It took them 40 minutes to meet me at their business so that I could get my car back. The guy was rude and explained how he was doing me a favor by coming in on his day off (don't understand how it can be your day off if your are towing people????). Also, I noticed that the guy and his buddies were sitting in the parking lot before and after they towed my car and several other cars-seemed like they were running a scam. If you see two old fords-both lifted one black and one two-toned (dark green on bottom, light green on top) beware where you are parking, they will tow you without regards to the law.

I was backing out a parking spot on the weekend and looked there was nobody around me than all the sudden this yellow tow truck was just about to hit me! I started to pull forward and he flipped me off and honked the horn like it was my fault. I will never use that company!!!!!
