My family and I have been patients at this practice for 8 years. In all of the visits I have had for myself or my kids the staff has been courteous and professional. The doctors I have met (Ottolenghi and Madigan) have been through and take the time to answer questions and discuss any issues or options.

I read the review given by the "Disgusted Patient", I don't know what Doctors Office they went to, but it wasn't MVFM. My husband and I have been patients of theirs for over 10 years and we have always been treated with respect. The Staff is very professional, kind, knowledgeable and understanding. Dr Ottolenghi, Dr Loebs and Laura Madigan are compassionate and take time to explain the tests and medication that they are giving you. The Nurses are very good at their jobs and They all have a professional attitude. I have recommended people to this Family Practice and will continue to do so.

The doctors in this clinic dont really care abt patients. The front desk people have an attitude. Urgent message are translated to "I dont care. I will call you next week when I might roll in" All doctor's office tell you if the tests are going to be expensive but this office says "we just know the name of the test" we dont know if simmilar test is available from other providers. Just recommend because we have the licence and the sales rep pays to recommend. Dont know who does it and dont care. We will read it when it comes back when we decide to roll in the office.
