I was not impressed. The PT st...

I was not impressed. The PT staff appears to be unhappy, the owner Darlene seemingly distant. First 2 times there a lot of confusion and negativity from older woman at front desk named Toni, noticed she was nasty toward a patient regarding a payment or billing. Not a good experience.
