Hey Joseph if your serious about the lawsuit i will 100 back you. These people are demons that need to be snuffed out. Living in a new age of government where evil can thrive unchecked. Snuff them out i say.

My car was repossessed - there was a mistake with my bank & the car was picked up one morning while I was asleep.

I quickly fixed the mistake with my bank & was waiting on the time to be able get a release to pick up my car. In the meantime I went to pick up my possessions because I had just done Christmas shopping the day prior to my car being picked up and was met with a horrible surprise. 75% of my belongings were missing from the car!

When I arrived to get my personal belongings I was told that they couldn't get into my car and needed the key. So I gave them the key and they came out 20 minutes later with a bag of my belongings. But most of my belongings, all of the recently bought Xmas presents still in the packages WERE GONE! I was handed back only the trash & paperwork from my car and a few other small items. But all of the recently bought stuff, about $1100 worth of personal property, was stolen from my car and never returned. I asked them where everything was and I was told that they took pictures of everything in the car prior to emptying the day before. BUT MY QUESTION IS: How did they have pictures of the inside of my car IF THEY TOLD ME WHEN I WAS DROPPING OFF THE KEY THAT THEY COULDN"T GET INTO IT UNTIL THAT VERY MOMENT????!!!! They told my finance company that they had me sign a list of inventory of what was in the car, which never happened. They also told them that they allowed me to view the photos that they took of the inventory, which also never happened! They have NO PICTURES AND COULN'T HAVE TAKEN PICTURES BECAUSE THEY COULDN'T GET INTO MY CAR - THIS IS WHAT THEY TOLD ME - SO I CAUGHT THEM IN AN OUTRIGHT LIE.

They are thieves, they are liars, & I'm not only filing a police report but I will be filing a report with the BBB, and if my personal property isn't returned to me I will be filing a lawsuit against Lightning Auto Recovery to get compensated for all of my property being stolen from me.

If you have the choice. Do not use this company!

Lighting auto recovery Reposed a vechile and upon recovery of the vechile found out that my 6 year old daughters little piggy bank containing her savings in the form of small bills and pennies was emptied out. Great Job! What an honorable company!!! Hope those few dollars and pennies got you real far chumps. Zero stars for Shady business

I got called outside that a tow truck was taking my car I ran outside open the doors and got all my stuff out the car the tow truck guy called the police and lied and said I had a gun so they came about 20cars with gloves and ready to shoot another driver came and started throwing all my stuff back into the car when I got their the next day they made me sign a paper that I receive all my stuff before I got my stuff so I wrote I didn't get my stuff yet so I dnt know what's here or not once I got my stuff I looked threw it my 2iphoneplus were not their nor my Bank Card so I asked they went and looked again said it wasn't there they stole my 2 $800 phones and I want them back
