I have been using Oltman, Flynn & KUbler since 1994. They did not charge me for a consultation and they were very knowledgeable. When I applied for my patents they flew through the patent office faster than I expected. I would highly recommend them. I might also suggest to would be inventors is go to the Library and read up on what is required in order for the US Govt to grant a patent on your idea.
