Quality First/ Construction Estimating and Project Management is targeting both the commercial builders and the residential homeowners. For the commercial builders this is primarily for estimating projects. For the residential this service would be to help design, permitting, quality control, price control, licensed and qualified subcontractors, all the way to turnkey the end of project. I have numerous card files on reputable contractors, subcontractors, and vendors that I have worked with on quite of few projects over the years in the South Florida area.
