      University of Arkansas-Fort Smith is one of the leading providers of higher education in the United States. Operational for more than 40 years, UA-Fort Smith provides bachelor s, master s, associate, certificate and doctoral degrees in academic, career, and occupational programs. The university enrolls more than 15,000 undergraduate and graduate students annually. It provides vocational training, work force and community development classes, contract education, state-of-the-art computer center, and several cultural and recreational activities. The university s courses include anthropology, sociology, liberal and fine arts, biology, chemistry and physics, mass communications, English, world history, mathematics and computer science, foreign languages and literatures, music and theatre, and nursing. Additionally, University of Arkansas-Fort Smith provides various assistance services, such as telephone registration, academic and personal counseling, financial aid services, international student services, re-entry services, sports counseling, disabled students programs and services, assessment, and career and transfer assistance.       Regular HoursMonday-Thursday: 6:00am - 9:30am, 11:00am - 1:30pm, 3:00pm - 9:00pm Fridays: 6:00am - 7:00pm Saturday: 8:00am - 12 noon Sunday: 2:00pm - 5:00pm The Fitness Center is closed Monday- Thursday from 9:30am-11am and 1:30pm-3pm for Total Fitness Class.
