I like Best Buy over all. But the two stars are for how hard they make it for you to get service. We had the geek squad come out to help us set up our entertainment center, TV and so on. Well we had a little problem with getting the CD player to work on the out side speakers. We called the Ft. Wayne store where we bought some of the things, to get the same guy to come back out because he knew what we had. But they would not set us up an appointment. It said right on the sheet the guy lift with us from the last visit to call your store, but my store told us we had to go through the general geek squad number. I called that number (that is no where near here) and they said they didn't know the guys so they could not set us up with the same one. I think it is a shame the store you buy from can't or won't help you get service.

I shop at this Best Buy all the time and I highly recommend it. The sales associates are extremely helpful and friendly and they make returns simple and painless. I can say from experience that this is the top Best Buy in Fort Wayne and where I go for any and all electronics needs that I may have.

If you purchase a laptop from this store make sure that they supply you with any software that should come with the laptop. I purchased a toshiba l305-s5875 that should have come with a recovery cd, but the technician forgot to put the disc back in the box after doing upgrade. Went back after having problem and tech said that it was not included. Called toshiba and they said that it was included with that model. I spent 3 hours trying to solve their mistake and am out $24.99 for the recovery disc.
