Top notch service!!! I called and left a voicemail and received a call back in less than 5 minutes. He was able to meet me at the house same day in a few hours after my call!! Ahhhhhh! I can sleep in peace after working with John and Devin. I found 2 roaches and an egg in my house and instantly freaked out. I did some research and read reviews and found Bug Free Pest Control. So so glad I did. They were super friendly, knew EXACTLY what kinda roach it was, why and how it gotten in our house. They explained to me that it was a Pennsylvania wood roach and what to do to keep them out. My stress level went from a 10 to a 0 after talking with them. If I have any other issues with pests I will most definitely be calling them for help! Very honest and helpful. Wow! Great service! Hard to find these days!

I was contacted very quickly by the company and they were able to ease my mind as to what type of insect I had found and the next steps I need to take with them. I have really appreciated doing business with Bug Free. Even though we don't have pets, we had a terrible infestation in the house we rented a couple years ago. We were moving at the time, and our landlady called Orkin to spray. It took about a week before Orkin even came out. Unfortunately we took a few fleas with us to our new apartment. We contacted Bug Free this time, and someone came out within the hour to spray our new place. We never had a problem at that residence after that.Another house later, we accidentally brought in a flea or two from the yard (from a woodchuck living on the premises). I didn't want to experience the same kind of infestation we had a few years ago, so I called Bug Free. Billy came out to give us an idea of how badly the infestation might be and a free estimate. Thankfully it doesn't sound like we need to spray, but in case we ever do, I will use Bug Free. I appreciate their honesty and answering all my questions! Also, I usually never do reviews, but for this exceptional company I wanted to thank them for all they have done in giving me a peace of mind.

I called this morning and Carl came out right away. He identified my bugs as cockroaches I had pick up in my bags from my recent trip to Texas. I am mortified but he calmed my fears with his confidence in being able to eliminate them. He went above and beyond by giving me travel advise on how to prevent bringing critters home with me. He sprayed right away. I was impressed with his knowledge and his calming demeanor with a very freaked out customer. I highly recommend this company. I'll update on the bug situation in a month but I have to be honest, I have full confidence they will be no more.

One of the most honest companies I've ever dealt with. We thought we had fleas in the home because we just had our cats treated for them. I called Bug Free Pest Control and they sent an employee (Carl) out to check our home. He thoroughly inspected our home before any treatment and told us that he didn't find any fleas & felt that he really didn't need to treat. He then told us a way that we could check on our own to see if we found any and he'd come back then and treat the area. I happily thanked him & asked what I owed for him coming out and for the inspection. He told us that there was no charge. He was very thoughtful, professional and knowledgeable. I will let everybody I know, that needs an exterminator, to call this company first. In today's world it's hard to find honest companies but this company truly is!

Call this company/man if you have any kind of pest problem. You will be much better off than calling a well known named company.

I had a nest of yellow jackets in the wall of my house. I first called Orkin who quoted me $250 to fix the problem, sight unseen with a 30 day warranty. I next called Bug Free Pest Control. They not only offered me a free estimate but said they could have someone here that afternoon between 3 and 5:30. Less than an hour later (1:30pm) I received a call from Billy who said he could be at my house in 10 minutes. He looked at the problem and fixed it within an hour for considerably less than Orkin with a 6 month warranty to boot. If you need pest control in Fort Wayne, please keep your business local and use Bug Free Pest Control.

We were devastated to learn we had bed bugs. I had been to an allergist and an internist with itching and welts since February. I happened to find a bug on my bed filled with blood. Exceptional service and response! I called with an aggressive yellow jacket bee problem and a rep was out at my residence within 48 hours to assess the situation. They used pet friendly powder to kill the hive which suddenly developed in the wall of our home. Our situation required that a second application be applied to kill the entire hive. The cost of the second application was covered under their treatment guarantee. We couldn't be more pleased. Before applying the first application the rep called and spent significant time with me on the phone explaining the situation and the course of action. Very professional ... 5 star service. Highly recommended!

I highly recommend this company. Eric came to my dad's home, did an inspection inside and out and instructed us on managing the roaches and sealing up the entry points on the exterior to control the mice. He was very courteous and respectful. Good to know there are companies run by caring people to whom you can trust to do a good job.
