My experience was like being made to sit and watch grass grow. By the way I am invisible. All the workers and no one saee standing there for 15 min. When I interrupted them to see if I could pick up haha my script had been filled at another location ugh, I'm already running late for work.

I love the DuPont store, everyone is very helpful and courteous. Produce is fresh, each department has very knowledgeable staff to answer questions, and at checkout I have never had a problem, nor, been able to find anything to complain about. I only buy my flowers from Kroger now. In fact, I purchased orchids and had 2 people that are orchid enthusiasts check them over for me before purchasing additional potted orchids. They told me the plants I purchased looked very healthy. I purchased 3 additional plants.

I love this store. Enough said. I would drive far and wide to come to this store. I know a lot of the workers from when it was Scott's across the street. I was really upset when I found out they were closing Scott's to open Kroger, and I'm upset with myself for even thinking that! All of the workers are very nice, they help me everytime I am there. I'm a small person with a big chunky baby and not a lot of arm room and they always help me out when needed! I love the baby section, it is small but it has everything I need! It is a big store, but it's worth it for the variety of things that they have. I love the weekly ads, not to mention they are in my mailbox every Wednesday afternoon every week, convienent huh?! To sum it up, I LOVE THIS STORE!

The floral department is very disappointing. Flowers purchased on Saturday or Sunday are dead before Tuesday. The baggers are also completely untrained and seem truly at a loss when you bring your own reusable grocery totes.

The new store is great but the bag boys are HORRIBLE. There is no ryhme or reason to how they pack things. I just got home from shopping and once again found milk and Coke packed with bread and laundry detergent packed with light bulbs. They need to be trained!

The only negative I could find is - the store is so huge - would be so nice if they had some benches about half-way thru the store so customers who had walking issues or older could sit briefly and rest. Otherwise - enjoyed the options and choices - deli - produce are great! The meat dept is also well done.

I bought 2 lbs of ham from deli-the clerk commented "you took all of it" I was so shocked that an employee would say that-what the h---- was she thinking !!! I about said -well just keep it-maybe you can be rude to the next customer.To think that Kroger is about to open a new store on Dupont-100's of people out of work and you can't hire employees that appreciate the customer

I love Kroger's !!! Great deals,weekly specials and the also take coupons. Employees and Managers always friendly. The store is always clean.
