I recently bought a package and only used it two times. I had to have surgery done and could not go. I am trying to contact the manager and I've called the store twice and she's giving me two different email addresses. So I wrote and it came back invalid address. How can you not get ahold of a manager on the phone instead of by email? Does anyone know? I had a package with them before that I got as a Christmas gift and I like their service, that I went ahead and bought another package. And only went twice. So I am trying to contact the manager because the lady at the desk when I called told me that I could not come without paying again. Does anybody have an answer for this.

i find this place to be clean, employees are nice and informative.. i find my issue to be mostly with other customers.. they are rude.. and not understanding to anything.. if a 1 bulb is burnt out.. its not like the employee went in and took the bulb out it happen.. especially with how busy they are.. beds constantly going.. im impressed on how well they do keep up with the beds and store.. i give two thumbs up..

Omg this place is dirty! And the owners/ staff are not bright! They say bulbs get changed before they are suppose to but are constantly burning out and they go months without replacing and don't ask for them to compensate you for not having your bed available for months they won't! I'm seriously over this place and their rudeness. You don't even get good color from this place!

Here is the fact of the matter with solar tan, they had an employee who got into their computer and looked at information they had no clue what they were looking at nor had permission too, they looked at bulb hours that were marked at half life as all tanning salons do, so they can measure the light intensity with a uv meter, most tanning bulbs are 1200 hr bulbs depending how clean the power that comes from the electric company is will determine how bulbs discolor thats why tanning salons use buck boosters and choke staters to help control these issues....darking of bulb ends are from hot starts....not age....this employee took it apon themself to try and offset the balance of bed use without telling the owners what they were doing or what they had looked at....further more this employee among others we to busy creating drama than doing their job duties no wonder why Things may have gotten dirty.....i know from first hand how these employees were thank goodness those employees are gone now the salon is so much better now... i find it funny how that the negative comments that have been posted on here coincide with the termination of employees funny how that happens....sounds like a disgruntled employee....
