I called UpRight Door Garage Door Services on a Thursday evening at 6 pm, desperate because my garage door was open halfway and I didn't want to have to sleep in the garage all night guarding my stuff! They sent someone out within the hour, and had it fixed in another hour. Yeah, they charge an "after hours" fee, but I was glad to pay it. They two guys they sent told me that my opener is old (which it is) but still had a good motor and didn't need replacing. KUDOS to UpRight Door Garage Door Services for being prompt, honest, and reliable!!

They showed up early which is a plus in my book, they were extremely professional (huge plus with wife for me) the install was spot on, the product as described, the work professionally installed. This morning my spring broke on my garage door. My husband's and I both had our cars stuck in the garage. Knowing that I was pointed out our work due to my children being home sick many times this school year, I was worried sick. I wanted to call a professional company to help us out asap. So, I got on facebook and asked my friends and family if they recommended a company. I had 9 people mention UpRight Door and some mentioned a few other places. I took this info and quickly searched Google, Bing, and Yahoo to see if the general public also recommended this company. To my surprises and liking UpRight seemed to be an ALLSTAR company to deal with, so I called them up. They answered the phone and was very friendly. I explained my situation and they assured me that they understood my stresses and would be right over to fix my problem and get my cars out. Once again to my surprise they were at my home within 20 minutes of our phone conversation and had finished the repair with 30 minutes time. There pricing was what I expected and there services was above and beyond any expectations one could have. I am taking the time to write this review to let other know that this company is trust worthy, fair, and prompt. I recommend this company to any and all.

Very pleased with this company. They fixed my door the same day that I called. My door hasn't worked or sounded this good since it was new 14 years ago. The price was fair compared to 7 other companies I called. The tech was very knowledagble and explained everything very well. I was so pleased with the service that I recommended my parents to call them as well.

Very expensive!!! I should have called overhead door. Had to have him come back next day because he forgot to tighten a bolt. NEVER AGAIN!!!!
