If I could put a 0 I would. I'm I'm the military and iv been needing surgery the past year and I was referred to him, it took 3 months to schedule and appointment and when I got there they pushed me back fromm 11am to 3 pm. The government has paid him for his services and for a note that I need to continue my medical treatment to show proof I'm doing visits, it's been over a month and every time I call they say it's just sitting on his desk. I list all my medical waiting on him and iv been off my medicine for a month all due to him. If he could take 5-10 minutes to write it all my problems would be solved. When I ce in for my appointment there were walk in that were seen before I was.iv been to bad doctors but he's the worst of all. The department of Defense will be contacting him for that note shortly and he will have consequences if he doesn't provide it. Just because I'm 19 iv been in the army since 17 and I'm a female doesn't mean I'm stupid. After I get my note I'm never coming back here again and Noone else's hold either. And he's always gone on "business trips" and coming in late and leaving early.
