      Renee Higginbotham-Brooks, Attorney at Law, is an award-winning legal professional in Fort Worth, Texas, with over 30 years of experience. Attorney Higginbotham-Brooks specializes in public finance, public policy and urban strategic planning. With extensive transactional experience as Co-Bond Counsel and Underwriters Counsel. She has participated in over 170 municipal bond issues totaling over $13 billion, for clients such as the Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport and the Texas Public Finance Authority. She also served as a legal advisor to several big city mayors and corporate executives. In 1991, Governor Ann Richards appointed Ms. Higginbotham-Brooks to Chair of the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission. For the next three years, Ms. Higginbotham-Brooks served as the first and only African American and Female member of this Commission. She has also served on the boards of the Texas Department of Commerce Policy and the University of Texas M.D. Anderson Cancer Center. Renee Higginbotham-Brooks is a distinguished and highly sought attorney in Fort Worth, Texas, and the surrounding areas.
